Final Delphi Workshop

For participants in the UK Value Mapping Workshop on 11th July 2005 and others who have been following my PhD research, the latest document drawing on the Policy Delphi Process which this event concludes is "The Costs & Benefits of UK Value Mapping"

This provides a 'first order' estimate of what it would cost to undertake value mapping of the UK at two 'levels': a crude 'small scale' exercise that requires no property tax reforms; and a Tax Reform Led programme that might produce a £100 million 'profit' within 5-9 years.

Those attending the workshop may wish to download earlier documents from this site, which can be found under Recent Papers on the homepage.
