Lincoln Institute has now published "Land Value Taxation in Britain: Experience and Opportunities" by Owen Connellan, both on the Lincoln web-site and in hard copy, price $20 (+$6 p&p to Europe).

The appendices to the book are only available via the Lincoln site.

My contributions to the book are Chapters 10 (Annex 6) and 15, with Appendices B & E, covering technical aspects and political prospects.
